| Our
weekly rate is based on a 7 night stay. A minimum booking period
of 5 nights applies to all bookings except the Christmas Season
where a 7 night minimum booking applies.
Bookings
will only be confirmed once a completed Booking Confirmation
Form has been received by fax. The Booking Confirmation Form.
Rates
vary according to the Season and Tariffs are subject to change
anytime without notice.
A
telephone service is provided in the apartment for your convenience
and guests may make up to 30 local calls free of charge during
their stay. Excess calls will be charged to your credit card
at 30 cents per call. Access to ISD and STD calls is not available.
Conditions
of Holiday Lettings
1.
The apartment is to be used for holiday purposes only for
the period stated on your booking form and confirmed on your
receipt and the apartment may not be sub let.
2.
Collection of keys can be arranged between 2.00pm and 5.00pm
on the day of arrival. Key collection outside these hours
is by special arrangements and a fee of $20 will be payable.
3.
Bookings commence from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and end
at 10.00am on the day of departure.Failure to vacate the premises
by 10am on the scheduled day of departure will result in a
full days rent being debited from the Bond amount held.
4.
All bookings must be confirmed by the payment of a deposit
of $500.00 either by Credit Card at the time of booking or
by the receipt of a cheque within 7 days of the booking being
made. Booking deposits paid by cheque will be confirmed upon
clearance of the cheque (normally 5 working days).
5.
Full payment of all accommodation charges is required 28 days
prior to arrival.
6.
For bookings made within 28 days of arrival, full payment
will be required at the time of booking.
7.
The apartment is to be left in a clean and tidy state including
removal of all rubbish. All kitchen areas including the stove
and oven should be wiped clean to remove any food scraps or
spills. Failure to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy
state will result in additional cleaning costs of $100.00,
which will be withheld from the Bond.
8. When
a tenant loses their keys a key replacement cost of $120 will
be debited from the Bond held.
9. Where
a tenant is locked out of their apartment or fails to collect
the keys at the designated collection point as previously
arranged an after-hours key collection fee of $50.00 will
be debited from the Bond held.
10.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Failure to pay all charges in full 28 days prior to arrival
will result in the booking being cancelled and any deposit
held will be treated as a cancellation fee.

Where bookings are cancelled prior to 28 days of arrival
a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit of $500.00
is payable.

Where bookings are cancelled within 28 days of arrival and
after full payment of all accommodation costs and bond,
no refund of accommodation costs will be made. Any bond
monies held will be refunded in full immediately following
cancellation. The number of people occupying the apartment
must not exceed 4 unless prior arrangements have been made
at the time of booking. Infant babies may be accommodated
in addition to the 4 guests by special arrangement.
11.
All bookings are subject to the payment of a $500.00 Bond
to cover potential damage to the apartment by tenants or their
guests. The bond is payable with the accommodation balance
and will be fully refunded within 7 days of departure provided
the apartment has been left in a clean and tidy state with
no damage or breakages.
12.
Tenants are required to report all breakages, damage and lost
keys to the owner immediately they become apparent. The tenant
will be responsible for any damage incurred to the property
by themselves or their guests and the owners reserve the right
to withhold part or all of the Bond of $500.00 to cover such
damage and to pursue the occupants for any additional damage
not covered by the Bond amount.
13.
The premises has been described in good faith and no responsibility
or refund for alleged misdescription can be accepted.
14.
No refund will be made for any unused portion of a holiday
booking.
15.
No responsibility is taken for tenant's personal property
left on the premises.
All
bookings are made and accepted on the understanding that the
Tenant has read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of
the Booking outlined herein.
